I am very goal orientated (I actually struggle to get anything done unless the goal is written down) so I want you to to get the most out of this group and I want to help you get there.
Is it just to run every day down the block?
Fully recover from injuries?
Run 5k or a 10k?
Whatever it is we all want to know so we can cheer you on, help you out, get you answers and grow together!
