How do you get past the payment gateway issues that Lovable has. Countries that do not have access to Stripe makes building in Lovable a waste of time

Is there a way to build in HIPAA compliance? One of my niches is cosmetic dentistry. There are things I can do for them that don't require HIPAA compliance, but they are looking for software that is HIPAA compliant to help them with automation and patient related tasks.
