Linking auto video - real estate content app

Can anyone help me with a real estate app. I have created the full app and everything a realtor needs but the key is the cideo.

Loveable is struggling and also struggling to get my instructions rifht so may have to move to Replit or elsewhere but one final attempt coming. I wanted to launch but Loveabke not playing the game with me lol.

I have allowed the ability to either add a listng url or upload photos and detailed descriptiin of the listing.

I need the app to build a short video from that. Any ideas please. Walk through with an avatar a massive plus but can be Phase 2. I was thinking Phase 1 giving a script and guiding them to capcut or bigvu but that takes away the "value"

Also which platform as loveable is costing me now. I have to top again and it still has not produced what I requested. Its confused.

I would appreciate any guidance please 🙏
