What has made me 1650€ PIF and 20€/month (easiest work I've ever done)
I was working as a waiter in a resturant when also starting my AI agency
Ther resturant owner also hosted catering events but had ZERO digital print on that,
one day, after I finished work I simply asked if he cared about having a website and what where the main problems about his catering business, his immediate response was: " I already own a resturant and I'm basically always on the phone, I cannot stand speaking 30 minutes with people just to understand the event they want to organize and where"
I tought about a lovable website with a buildt-in form that collects data from the client's needs and sends it to a webhook in n8n, in the n8n worflow ther's an ai agent that simply takes the given data and outputs it into a mail to the business owner, cutting out everything that he didn't like about his current situation (his problem).
I have than made the whole thing with lovable and n8n, showed it to him and he loved it, pitched him the price and recived a immediate yes (I also ended up making a logo for him with canva)
I just got my VAT, (where I'm from it's a time consuming process) and I can now accept payments legally, and the payment from him will be soon in my account.
I'm not recommending you to to the same or anything else I'm showing you what has worked for me, I took this job as early as possibile in my ai journey just to get some capital to re invest in my other projects.
