My AI Agency, Titus your toughts on this would be pure gold for me!
Hi and nice to meet everyone my name is Lorenzo
I’m building my own AI agency as a solo founder, focused on practical automation for businesses (and also building ai receptionist with vapi,ghl and a marketing system linked to everything). The main website is nearly ready.
As for collaboration, Gabriele has his own SaaS in the e-learning space and a strong background in company operations and process management. He’s the one who suggested a possible future joint venture: the idea would be to create a new SaaS platform where his expertise in business workflows fits together with my ability to design and automate those processes. Right now this concept is at the earliest stage—we’re still brainstorming and mapping out the possibilities.
If anyone here has suggestions about how to structure these kinds of partnerships, or advice on outsourcing technical work in automation projects, I’d really appreciate it. I’m also interested in hearing from anyone who’s transitioned from solo prototyping to building a scalable product with external collaborators.
