Im active duty, i want to commit to the house hacking strategy. I’m moving overseas for two years (two years out of the real estate game). Are people getting around this primary residency rule or how are people efficiently purchasing multiple house/units. It seems like being active duty will slow the process down as you don't always get to choose your duty location. Im here in Vegas some lenders dnt seem hooked on the VA house hacking strategy. I would appreciate some guidance.
