Did you notice Opus 4.8?
Remember way back in 2025 when we would get excited about new models dropping?????
Now its like "big whoop."
New models used to mean substantially better outputs... But now when I hear "new model" I think more token usage.
I typically use claude Sonnet 4.6 (although I found the "adaptive" version to be not as great as before it went adaptive.)
I rarely even think about switching to Opus.
What about you? What's your favorite model right now... (that's like the new bar pickup line😎🤣)
