What do you guys usually use Ai agent bot for

Hey guys, how do you minimize the costs? I remember Joel talking about it in one of the sessions. is there a resource to follow? My bot is burning money like crazy, because it re-reads the entire conversation every time i write to it. Thanks in advance

I built my EA/COO Bot that's currently doing the following - Checks my email and reports back with what's urgent + drafts replies every morning at 9 A.M (runs in a separate Slack channel) - Checks my ClickUp and tracks who's late and automatically deducts $$$ from their salary (runs in a separate Slack channel) I have a general chat with my bot where I train him, then he just executes on these separate channels I wonder how many these sub-tasks that all fit the EA/COO role one bot can handle and when do I need to create a separate bot? I'm also wondering should I create separate bots for every task (one for emails, one for reporting etc.) or one bot can do all of those that fit the one role :)

Hey all I'm trying to determine best setup for my claw / hermes right now I have my claw setup as my main operator, with Hermes operating as a support agent.. My Claw just has more configuration.. Opus, GPT5.4, Minimax, etc... and just gets shit done better My concern though is Hermes doesn't continuously learn/evolve because Claw is my main point of contact Am I looking at this wrong? What's best practice here..
