What is the best tool(s) to use for this style of dashboard design? I have built my own CRM with AI, but want to now make it more visually appealing and clear. Thanks for any help.

Has anyone dealt with this Google Business Profile ownership issue? I’m helping the owner of Tru Home Care in Moultrie, Georgia. The business already has an active listing on Google Maps, but when we click “Own this business?” a black square opens and shows nothing. When we go through the Business Profile management page and search for the business, Google sends us to “Add your business to Google” as if we’re creating a brand-new listing. We’ve tried the owner’s Google account and several other accounts, and the same thing happens each time. We do not want to create a duplicate profile. Google’s support flow is only giving us the Community option. Does anyone know how to request access or transfer ownership of the existing listing when Google keeps redirecting to the new-business setup?

Trying to figure out whether short-form is actually worth leaning into as a client channel, or if it's mostly a credibility/brand play. For those who've run it a while: did it bring you real inbound/clients, or did it mainly support your other channels? Curious what format worked, roughly how long before it paid off, and anything that surprised you.

whats your guys best way to get clients, and i know you try to find a specific agent and niche that works for you, but would selling like bundles be better than just like one agent? For example a AI Receptionist with a follow up chat bot, etc?
