This is the free edition of AI Agency in a Box. You get modules 0, 1 and 2 in full — your tool stack, your AI brain, your niche, your offer, your pricing, your name and domain, and the 10-minute demo website system.
By the end of module 2 you have an agency that actually exists. Named, positioned, priced, with a demo site you can put in front of someone.
Three things about this room:
1. It's for getting your first sale. Not your tenth. If you've never sold a website, you're the person I built this for.
2. Post when you're stuck. I'd rather answer a real question about your real market than write another lesson. The people who post are the people who finish.
3. I'll post every day. Some teaching, some teardowns of real sites and real emails. Read what's useful, ignore the rest.
To get going: watch 0.1, then do the one thing in 0.4. It takes ten minutes and it decides everything that comes after.
