Open thread, and I'd like everyone in. Two things in your comment: One thing that worked this week. However small. "Picked my trade." "Bought the domain." "Built a demo that actually dials." Small finished things are the whole game — this is a business made of them. One thing you're stuck on. Be specific. Not "outreach isn't working" but "I sent nine emails and got nothing back, here's the one I sent." I can do something with the second version. Why I'm asking for both: the wins tell the people behind you what the next step actually looks like, and the blockers are the only way I find out what the lessons didn't cover well enough. I'll answer every comment on this one. And if your honest answer is "I haven't started" — post that. It's the most common answer and nobody's judging.
