Perplexity
I should mention that I use Perplexity as a SE and as a source for directly answering questions all the time. I stopped using google. If you are not familiar, Perplexity Will give you more information about your search topic and it provides links to the sources where it got the info so you can do a deeper dive if you wish. It is also better with scientific data.

- As a “news‑and‑culture‑aware” assistant with personality, Grok is compelling: real‑time X access, high speed, and an intentionally cheeky style make it fun and useful for many everyday, exploratory, or coding‑heavy tasks.
- For careful work around sensitive topics, or when you want maximum restraint and polish, its edgier design and lighter guardrails mean it is better treated as a secondary perspective rather than the single source of truth.
