I'm so excited about our group and what we're doing together! Feel free to DM me if I can help in any way, but if it's a question that can help others, post it publicly so we can all learn together. This is our team home... you'll find scripts and training at the "Classroom" links at the top of the page, and our weekly team meeting info on the "Calendar". GETTING STARTED: 1- Go to our affiliate signup page here, and register to get the link you will promote. This will track every click to you. It's not a short link, but as soon as you show you are getting a minimal amount of traffic to the site, remind me, and I'll create you a shortened link, something like aisprinkled. com/hero. Test the links in a new browser and make sure they're working. 2- Check the "Calendar" link at the top of the page, and add our weekly team meeting to your personal calendar, schedules, etc.. Attendance is required. If you're not early, you're late. 3- Go to our classroom ("Classroom" at the top of the page) and watch all of the training and courses. This is where any questions about "how do we sell?" will be answered, you'll find our "6-Steps to a Sale" script, and more. This will be expanded and added to on a regular basis. 4- Familiarize yourself with our lead magnets below, (what we give people for free before trying to sell anything, to start a relationship) as well as the Missed Call AI Demo. "Free Forever" Website. We will create a free website for contractors and service businesses. It will be a great looking 1-3 page site, customized to their business. We'll do up to 3 revisions/edits, but they are VERY easy to edit, and they'll be sent a link to a video (in Contractor Skoolkit, of course) showing them how to make edits, add pages, and more. Support will also be available to help them. We will offer 1-time payment upgrades for the websites as well... for example, to add up to 10 additional pages, add AI chat widgets, reviews, optin forms, and more. (stay tuned!)

5-12 Tuesday Team Meeting Recap / Recording

He showed how we will set up these personalized demos and shared lead gen strategies like offering free Google Business Profile review campaigns and using social media groups to start low-friction conversations with potential clients. Nick also floated the idea of narrowing our focus to specific niches (e.g., home and exterior services, cleaning, property maintenance) instead of trying to serve every type of service business, since tighter positioning should make targeting and conversions easier. The group also dug into the details of the review-generation process and how we can use it as a fast-win offer to acquire clients, with an emphasis on keeping the system simple enough that everyone can actually implement it this week. Next steps: - Nick: Build and set up custom AI voice platforms (landing pages + knowledge bases) for each team member, with logins and step-by-step instructions, aiming to have this done before the Friday trip. - Nick: Record and share a “how-to” video showing exactly how to build and customize the AI voice platforms. - Nick: Post the review script and later record a quick explainer video on the free review lead gen method. - Nick: Record a 3‑video sequence for the website (problem, solution, DIY/how it works) to use in outreach and pre‑sales call warmup. - Team: Share feedback with Nick on which niche(s) we should prioritize going forward (home/exterior services, cleaning companies, property maintenance, etc.). - Team (optional): List our core services (voice AI, sites, reputation/reviews) on platforms like Upwork/Fiverr and see if we can pick up extra deals. Highlights from the call: - AI Voice Platform Demo: Nick showed the new AI voice platform and how agents can create personalized videos that pull in prospect business info, with the “Gigi” assistant simulating customer interactions. He mentioned he’s been consulting with larger agencies to make this more scalable for bigger teams and international use, so what we’re seeing now is the individual-agent version that will evolve into more of a team system.

Thoughts on niching down?
We talked in the meeting Tuesday about niching down into a more specific niche, rather than "contractors and service businesses". I spent a couple of hours tonight digging into ideas. I created a looong AI prompt describing what we do, what kind of customers we'd like, have served in the past, by industry size, amount they are already marketed to, their income & ability to pay, AI use... even difficulty of the AI systems that they are likely to need so we know we can deliver a great product. I skipped medical, because of HIPA laws and liabilities, and retail because it's too much to track thousands of products/skews, inventory, etc.. And of course... I had to like it, lol. I think I know what I want to do, but thought I'd post this first. Anyone have any thoughts? --------------------------------------- Anyway, I got some great ideas. Here are some results from Perplexity: Top 6 niches to test first (ranked) 1. Property management / multi‑family leasing offices — steady prospect & maintenance calls, clear KPI (leases/showings). 2. Funeral homes / mortuaries — urgent, time‑sensitive calls nights/weekends; owners pay for respectful, reliable coverage. 3. Private tutoring / music / test‑prep centers — seasonal but predictable inquiries and high conversion from booked assessments. 4. Notary/mobile document signing and mediator/ADR coordinators — appointment-driven, low risk, easy value messaging. 5. Permit offices / building inspection services (private inspectors) — many appointment/status inquiries, predictable scripts. 6.
