I'd like to see how we do selling the voice AI and AI website widget to churches. I am SURE the competition is MUCH less, and they're more likely to take the calls. Give this a shot!
We would NOT SELL THE INTIRE LEAD SYSTEM to a church or school, but I could definitely see us selling the AI voice attendant and AI website widgets. (AI Receptionists and chats) Churches get the same calls and questions over and over again, and it's pretty redundant... and every Monday morning they have a bunch of messages from the weekend that need to be handled.
-What time are services on Sunday?
-Do you do baptisms?
-How can I get someone to visit my relative in the hospital?
-Can I get my house blessed?
-And others...
There are TWO FREE TRIAL OPTIONS when you do this:
1 - You can offer them to try the entire working AI voice and widget free for a month, connected to their phone. (you can do it for a month, a week, or anything in between)
OR:
2 - We can build them a page they can go to and chat with it on their phone to try it for a few days. I like the term "you can play with it a little". This is not connected to their phone system, just a way to test it.
If you want to use the "play with it a bit" trial, EDIT the script below.
You also need to decide if you are going to talk to the person who answers the phone, OR ask for the pastor. DO THIS IN ADVANCE.
1 - IF YOU ASK FOR THE PASTOR:
“Hi, this is (NAME). I’m doing some work for a deacon in Illinois, and I'm trying to reach Pastor NAME about a new project. Is he/she around?" (or "is that you?")
IF HE/SHE ANSWERS, YOU ARE TRANSFERRED TO HIM/HER, OR HE/SHE RETURNS THE CALL:
"Hi, I'm doing some work for a deacon from a parish in Illinois, and he asked me to give you guys a call. We know how many calls you get asking the same questions over and over, and he built an AI attendant that answers your phones... either all the time, or just at nights and the weekends.
This way you don't need to check a bunch of messages every morning. He's setting them up for churches to try for free for a month. Do you answer the same questions over and over again?
Continue the conversation, with the aim to move towards the close.
2 - PHONE SCRIPT WHEN YOU DO NOT ASK FOR THE PASTOR or THEY RETURN YOUR CALL:
"Hi, I'm doing some work for a deacon from a parish in Illinois, and he asked me to give you guys a call. We know how many calls you get asking the same questions over and over, and he built an AI voice agent that answers your phones... either all the time, or just at nights and the weekends.
This way you don't need to check a bunch of messages every morning. He's setting them up for churches to try for free for a month. Do you answer the same questions over and over again?
*OR, instead of saying "free for a month", you can just say "He's setting them up for free for anyone to play with a bit. You can go register at aisprinkled.com/voice and it'll be up and running for you to try in a few days." You take it over from here, answer any questions - when it makes sense, say:
"It's free for a month, (or we can build one for you to play with a bit) we don't need a credit card or anything, just say 'ok' and we'll get to work and let you know when it's ready!".
PHONE SCRIPT WHEN THEY DON'T ANSWER & YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE:
"Hi, I'm doing some work for a deacon in Illinois, and he asked me to give you guys a call. I know it's hard to keep up with all of your phone messages like this one and how many calls you get asking the same questions over and over. He built an AI voice agent that answers church calls. He's setting them up for anyone to try for free. You can go to aisprinkled.com/voice to see how it works. Can you give me a call back when you have a minute? My name is ____ and you can reach me at ____. Thanks! They may call you back, or may just go check out the demo...
Questions you might be asked, and the answers:
Q -How much is it after the month?
A -We sell them businesses for $597/mo., but it's only 397 for churches. And if you want, we'll throw in a button on your website that people can click on and talk to as well.
Q -Who is this deacon you work for?
A -His name is Deacon Nick (Cifonie if needed), he's from St. Joe's in Lockport, Illinois. (Catholic, if they ask)
Q -Can we get more details? How does it work?
A -When you want it to answer the calls, you just forward you phone, and it answers all the calls. Or we can have it automatically pickup after 3 rings or 6 rings, or whatever.
Q -How does it know what to say and how to answer people?
A -We have it scan your website, and then add any additional info you need it to know. As you go, we work to fine-tune it so it's perfect.

WHEN YOU EMAIL or DM:
Remember, there is no reason to go deep into detail unless they ask a lot of questions. You can keep this short and simple and give away our free AI voice trials found at aisprinkled.com/voice . They register on that page, and we will build them an AI voice attendant customized to their church. (or business) A few days later, you'll contact them with a link they can go to, to talk to the AI and see how it would work for them. Here are some simple scripts to use to reach out:
EMAILS & DMs:
Subject line: Helping with all the after-hours stuff (test different ones, and none at all!)
Hi [Name] — I reached out because I work with a deacon friend, and we help churches set up an AI phone attendant to answer the repetitive questions you get over and over again. It also keeps you from needing to call so many people back every morning. (it's great for after hours and weekends)
It handles service times, your location, office hours, and countless other questions. He's setting them up for you to play with for a bit, no obligation, of course. You can go to aisprinkled.com/voice to see how it works, or shoot me a reply and I can help you out! OR without the link:

If you want it to feel more pastoral and less techy, use this:
Hi [Name] — I have an idea that may help your team. I work with a deacon friend, and we set up AI phone attendants for churches. It can answer the most common questions callers ask, so staff and volunteers don’t have to keep repeating the same details. It's especially good for helping you after hours and on weekends. We don't charge anything up-front, so if you want to play with it a little, let me know!
Or for a very short one for DM's, and maybe even emails:
Heya... a deacon friend asked me to reach out. Do you have someone answering phone calls at your church, or do most go to voicemail?
A good follow up after the answer is:
Answer: Most go to voicemail!
You say: Oh wow, replying to them all must be tough! Do you do them all yourself? (then copy a reply from above)
Answer: We answer them all.
You say: Oh wow. What about at night and on weekends? Who handles those? (or) Wow, that sounds tedious, answering the same questions over and over. (then copy a reply from above)
For DMs and emails, use the same FAQ above. Cheers!
If you need help, ask for it. If you don't... PROVE IT!
