What I do I run Claude inside dedicated Projects — one for strategy, one for building, one for writing. Each Project has its own system prompt that tells Claude exactly who I am, what I’m working on, my tools, my goals, and how I want outputs formatted. The result is an assistant that doesn’t need re-explaining every session. It already knows the context. It thinks with you, not just for you. I also connect Claude to my real work through the native connectors — Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar. So when I’m planning, it has access to actual documents and schedules, not just what I type into a prompt.
