Hi y'all! I'm happy to be here! I'm pretty new to AI and I'm ready to see what I can build. I'm currently a Controller for a commercial property management company but I'm ready to make a change. My goal is to build an AI consulting company to help small business owners that don't have the time or team members needed to implement AI in their business. I'm excited to learn from you all! Hi everyone, I build AI automation systems for small and medium-size businesses across lead gen, marketing and operations. I also consult and train teams. Prior to now, I worked in the fintech space in partnerships. Right now, I have no projects or clients. My goal is to have 4 to 5 retainer clients by the end of April. Hey everyone — Eric Pratt here. Excited to be part of this community. BACKGROUND: I built my career in enterprise software sales and partnerships, specifically in Construction Technology and AP/P2P automation. I was one of the first people my age to get deep into virtual cards for accounts payable — before most people in the industry even knew what they were. That early bet paid off and shaped everything I've done since. I've spent years selling into enterprise, building channel partnerships, and helping organizations modernize their financial workflows. BUSINESS: I run EfficioLife and I'm building The Sovereign AI Society — a community for business professionals who want to own their AI infrastructure instead of renting it. Think local models, real hardware, and AI applications built for finance, construction, and enterprise workflows. I also help organizations deploy AI into their AP automation and P2P processes where data sensitivity and control actually matter. BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Scaling AI consulting and deployment services while building a community at the same time. I see massive demand from finance teams and construction companies who need AI but can't (or won't) send their data to the cloud. The challenge is packaging that expertise into scalable offers and building the right partnerships to deliver at volume.
