Excited to Connect With Fellow AI Innovators

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Jordan, Co‑Founder of Campfire IT Solutions based in Portland, Oregon.

I run an MSP focused on modern IT management, automation, and secure cloud-first workflows. Much of my work revolves around Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, NinjaOne, and using AI to streamline operations and improve client experiences.

Campfire IT Solutions helps small and mid-sized businesses with managed IT services, cybersecurity, automation, and cloud strategy. We’re always exploring how AI can reduce noise, speed up troubleshooting, and enhance client support.

Right now, it’s figuring out which AI workflows are both practical and safe, especially when handling sensitive client data. I’m hoping to learn how others in the community are implementing AI responsibly and getting real ROI from these tools.
