How many times have you unsubscribed from an email just because you had no idea who it was from or why you signed up?

I do it all the time... If the email is good I'm annoyed that I don't know who wrote it and if the email is selling something I have no face to associate with it and if I should trust them. It's a huge missed opportunity. Of course my emails that get sent from my email platform Flodesk have a full signature and image but I realized emails that get sent in response to a customer, a client or a potential connection had nothing but my name... so I (of course) asked Claude to help me create one and it was so good and so easy that I wanted to share it with you.

It's a free skill that creates a clean email signature with your headshot and clickable links. Your link-in-bio, your freebie or offer, your booking page, your Instagram... sitting right there in every email you send.

Picture it: someone gets your email, sees your face, clicks, lands on your Instagram, then books a call with you. That's your signature doing the selling while you're off doing literally anything else.

This is the kind of thing people pay a designer or a VA to set up. You're getting it free because you're in here. About 5 minutes start to finish.

How to install a skill (you only do this once):

Download the EMAIL SIGNATURE BUILDER SKILL.
In Claude, go to Settings → Capabilities and turn ON Code Execution. Skills need it to run.
Still in Capabilities, scroll all the way down to find Skills, click Customize
Click the +, create skill, upload a skill, upload the email-signature-builder.skill file.
Open a new chat and say "build my email signature." It takes it from there.

How to get the best result:

Have these ready before you start:

A square headshot. Head and shoulders, looking at the camera. If it's not square, the skill crops it for you, so don't overthink it.
Your links. Pick 2 or 3 that actually matter. More than that and it looks cluttered in an inbox.
Your brand color if you've got the hex code. No code? It'll pick a clean one for you.

Then when it hands you the file: open it in Chrome, drag to select the whole signature, copy it, and paste it into your email signature settings. Copy what you SEE, not the code underneath. That's the one step people trip on.
