I'm Malcolm ... Based in North Vancouver, Canada — raised by Kiwi parents, so I like to think I got a mix of West Coast and New Zealand energy.
What you’re working on / focused on right now: I lead operations at Go Sales, a telecom sales agency working with TELUS and AT&T. Right now, I’m figuring out how to better integrate AI and automations into a fast-moving, loosely structured sales organization.
I want to sharpen how we use AI for real business efficiency — moving beyond experiments into systems that scale.
Fun fact: I've been the official happy-birthday singer of every company I’ve ever worked at.
