New here 👋 Just wanted to add some value
Hey guys,
Just joined the community. Been reading a few posts and honestly some really smart people here.
Instead of doing the usual “happy to be here” post, I thought I’ll just share something practical I’ve been working on.
Lately I’ve been building small AI systems that call or qualify leads automatically.
And one simple thing I’ve realized:
Most businesses don’t actually have a lead problem. They have a response time problem.
Like…
- Leads come in
- They sit there for 10–20 minutes
- Owner gets busy
- By the time they call… the lead already moved on
That small delay kills momentum.
I’m not saying automation fixes everything. But even simple follow-up systems can change a lot.
Anyway, not here to pitch anything. Just wanted to contribute something useful from day one.
How are you guys currently handling new leads?
Manually? VA? CRM? Nothing structured?
