Open your Deals / Transactions board and rename the stages to match real work.
Suggested stages:
Listing Agreement Signed
Prep / Coming Soon
Active on Market
Offer(s) Received
Under Contract
Closed
Archived
This is not about perfection — it’s about visibility.
STEP 2: Create One Active Deal
Add one deal card:
Real listing or mock address (totally fine)
This card is now:
One complete execution record
(Client + Tasks + Dates + Notes)
STEP 3: Move the Card Once
Drag the card to a different stage. That movement is the system acknowledging progress.
