I finished my test yesterday. I wrote a passable 30,000 word short story that was rated B+ overall by the Editorial Room. Will take me a few more days to work through all of the suggestions there and in the process I added a few more things to our Lexicon and have booted Professional Epub generation cloer on the road map below is linked the (rough) first draft as ab epub.
This is the book I've been doing the videos on in the walk through class and hope to add the next few tonight explaining the process and what i did. This one was a mostly hands off write that the team did the heavy lifting of the raw prose and i'll be revising by hand before publish.
But its not a terrible read. When I do the editorial video tonight I'll put the report in from the Editorial Room that you can see as well. This also exposed some things I need to change with Epub Export, so that feature isn't perfect yet.
The biggest win of this since I added in editing images with nano banana yesterday: Epub export will now ask you for a cover image from the gallery or if you have one created elsewhere, it has the option to upload to the gallery and ad to the epub. This is why I'm moving formatting up and started looking at what Atticus and Vellum do last night. The intention is not to need them anymore either.
