BulkMockup can't install
I sent support an email just now but it auto-replied & said they only respond M-F and I'm getting a little anxious since I went ahead & paid for the entire year and that's not $$ I can afford to blow.
I've been trying to get this to work all day. I was wondering if anyone else has/had this same issue?
I've tried double clicking & this pops up saying I have no compatible app. Which is insane, I obviously have photoshop and I pay for it monthly so it's the newest version.
I've tried just dragging & dropping it into creative cloud and nothing happens.
I'm unable to extract anything because the file I downloaded from Gumroad doesn't even have a file extension?!? It just says "Unified plugin installer agent" It only gives me the option to compress it. Did I not get the correct file in the download or something? 😭
I really feel like everything I try to do the Universe just straight up blocks it. I'd been sitting on making tumbler wraps for well over a year, pondering, planning etc... and then I finally decide to do it and it feels like everything is going wrong... or just NOT going at all.
