"I don't know what I'd even write about." That's the #1 reason people never start a Skool group. And it's the wrong thing to worry about, because your niche matters less than you think. What matters: people already search for it, and people already pay for it. Your passion is optional. 3 ways to pick one in 20 minutes: 1. Start with an offer, not an idea. Browse ClickBank, Digistore24, or the affiliate program of a tool you already use. Look for something people buy again and again (recurring software beats a one-time ebook). Your niche is whoever buys that product. 2. Pick a problem, not a passion. What did you figure out in the last 2 years? A diet, a side hustle, a tool, a move, a hobby. Someone 2 steps behind you is searching for it right now. 3. Check the search. Type your topic into Google and open "People also ask." If there are dozens of questions, there's a group there. The test: can you name 1 thing people search for and 1 offer they'd happily pay for? If yes, you have a niche. A quick warning: some marketplace offers are junk. Read the sales page like a buyer, check the refund policy, and only recommend what you'd send to a friend. Your name is on it. And if you pick wrong? Start a second group. It's $9 a month. Your first niche is a practice round, not a life sentence. The group is the machine. The niche is what you feed it. The free training in here shows you how to get that machine found on Google. The pinned post shows you how to unlock it. Stuck between 2 niches? Drop them below and I'll help you pick.
