Project update: AI Biz Brokerage

I’ve completed Draft 1 of the book and presented it to my co-author, a subject expert, on 09.09.25. The project is about 70% complete overall. This draft is a stepping stone toward creating a learning environment that modernizes business brokerage by riding the wave of AI toward monetization and financial independence.

What has made this meaningful is collaborating with an expert in my faith community, which keeps the work grounded while aiming to build something practical, useful, and niche-focused. Along the way, I’ve also learned important steps in creating a structured draft that can double as a template for future books.
