The plan should include 6 days of workouts and 1 active rest day in a tabular format: day, exercise type, exercise description/reps/weight.
Then progressed by asking for inputs on formatting and expanding how to progress until getting a PDF for the next 4 weeks, to include demo videos for the exercises.
