Hey all, I'm working through the "Budget Branding" lesson in Week 3. I actually feel very vulnerable putting this out there as I've been thinking about starting a business like this for a while, but still have no idea how to go about it. Anyway, mostly looking for naming input. Here's the idea:
A language and culture program for Korean adoptees—like me—who want to reconnect with Korea, but open to anyone seeking deep cultural belonging.
The goal is to offer:
- Immersive Korean-language learning and cultural literacy
- Guided reconnection services (like immigration) for adoptees navigating identity and return
- Hybrid access (online + future in-person intensives in Busan)
Here are the names I'm thinking about:
- Mun Light (a play on Moon Light - "Mun" is the Korean word for "door")
- Mun Roots
- The Culture Door - 문화문 (Munhwa Mun)
- Doragada 돌아가다 (means "to return", but first syllable also sounds like "door")
If anyone has any thoughts or feedback, I'd love to hear them/it!
