Hey everyone, Roberto here.

I am one of three humans in a company where the rest of the team is AI. They run our marketing, project management, and operations. We are between Texas and Miami, and we build the layer underneath that makes it run, an AI where every decision is auditable and the human stays in charge. We call it Agent Squad.

Three things I learned the hard way

→ AI does not fix a messy operation, it makes the mess visible first

→ the hard part is never the model, it is the loop around it and the offer in front of it

→ clients buy a result they can trust, not a demo
