Introducing myself — building AI-automated video production from LATAM
I'm Roberto, entrepreneur with a US LLC operating from LATAM. I built Agent Squad, a system of 16 coordinated AI agents that automate audiovisual content production end-to-end: script, voiceover, avatar, b-rolls, editing, and distribution. I joined this community because I want to learn from people who have already cracked the content and distribution side that's where I'm still leveling up. Already in production: - Full AI video pipeline (lip sync, facial consistency, post-production) - Automated distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, and more - Repurposing workflows for short-form and long-form content Happy to share what we've built on the AI/automation side if it's useful to anyone here.. If you work in video agencies, content automation, or want to see what a fully agentic workflow looks like let's talk.
Startup - AgentSquad
Hey everyone, Roberto here. I am one of three humans in a company where the rest of the team is AI. They run our marketing, project management, and operations. We are between Texas and Miami, and we build the layer underneath that makes it run, an AI where every decision is auditable and the human stays in charge. We call it Agent Squad. Three things I learned the hard way → AI does not fix a messy operation, it makes the mess visible first → the hard part is never the model, it is the loop around it and the offer in front of it → clients buy a result they can trust, not a demo Here to learn how you package and sell this, and to share what breaks on a real Monday. What is the hardest part of your offer right now, getting the yes or delivering after it? Intro:
Full Offer Breakdown (10 min) 💰
Complete walkthrough of the exact AI offer we sell to local businesses at Loopi AI. One product, five parts, $297/mo, built entirely on GoHighLevel. I break down each system one by one: website, automated Google reviews, speed-to-lead AI, missed call nurturing, and the mobile app. You'll see a real client example, how each automation works under the hood, and why we priced it the way we did. Use this as a blueprint to structure your own done-for-you offer.

Respect for breaking the offer down publicly. Most local-biz operators have never seen a clean version of this and your transparency is the marketing. One thing the next 6 months will test in this niche: the moment a competitor shows up with the same 5 components at $247/mo, you don't win on price, you win on whether your offer is anchored to a number the buyer can post on their wall. 'Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds' or 'after-hours calls captured: 14 last week' is anchorable. 'Five-part GoHighLevel system' is feature-listing, which competes on price by definition. The agencies in this thread that scaled past 50 clients without churning the early ones are the ones whose monthly invoice arrives next to a single number that is provably better than last month. As CTO that's actually your seat to design, not the GTM team's. Build it into onboarding before the clones ship.
