New to the Hive?
🐝 Welcome to AI Music Hive – Introduce Yourself This isn’t just about making songs. We build, finish, release, and grow. If you’re new here, introduce yourself below and tell us: • What kind of music you’re creating • What you’re actively working on right now • What AI platforms and tools you’re using (Suno, Udio, DAWs, plugins, etc.) • Whether you’ve publicly released music yet • What you understand about distribution and rollout • What you’re strong at and can help others with • What you’re stuck on or trying to improve Be specific. “Trying to figure out how to properly distribute my first EP to Spotify and Apple Music” is useful. “Need help” is not. Inside AI Music Hive, we cover: • Prompt engineering • Songwriting and structure • Production and arrangement • Mixing and finishing • Distribution and public release strategy • Positioning and audience growth The goal isn’t to generate songs. The goal is to build a catalog and put it into the world correctly. Drop your intro below and start connecting.
Duet -V6
I like attempting duets because I find them quite challenging and fun. I have noticed that V6 Suno tends to prefer vocal prompt instructions directly before the lyrics. The instrumentals, however, are not as good as they were in 5.5. Open to suggestions. Still working on the video for this one. https://suno.com/s/kBZV6OI7U1tDRvWD
Start Here: one goal, one song
Welcome to AI Music Hive. Start with one goal: make one song you can share. 1. Say hello in the comments. Tell us what kind of music you want to make and one thing you want help with. 2. Open Classroom → Start Here → "Your Fastest First Win." Use one simple idea to make your first song. 3. Share the song in this week's feedback post. Add #FirstSong, your style prompt, and one specific question. 4. Listen to another member's song. Tell them one thing that works and one change they could try. Then pick one useful suggestion and test it on your song. You can share a work in progress. Your free starting resources are Start Here, Suno Foundations, and the Bonus Vault. Follow the first-song lesson first; use Foundations when you want more practice with prompts, lyrics, and structure. Browse the Bonus Vault when you need a supporting resource. Already making songs? Share one you're working on and tell us what you're trying to improve. What do you want your first song to sound like?

This week's work in progress: share one song
What are you working on? Share one song or a short section you want help with. First attempts welcome. Copy this into your comment: • Song link or audio: • Style prompt: • Lyrics or the section you want help with: • The sound I was aiming for: • What feels off, with a timestamp if possible: • My one question: Then give one other member a useful reply: • At [timestamp], [specific thing] works because… • For the sound you want, try changing [one thing] because… • Keep [one part] the same so you can hear what changed. A helpful suggestion might be: "The chorus at 0:42 has a strong melody. Try shortening its last lyric line so the hook has more room." If this is your first song, add #FirstSong. When you try a change, reply under your original comment with the new version and what you noticed.
