Howdy everyone,

I'm Mike, one of the SMEs from the STFX and DNS micro-credential. I run an SEO Consultancy and have been using Gen AI for almost two years in my business's daily operations.

I am learning something new about Gen AI every day, and today, I discovered how to download Google My Business reviews from https://takeout.google.com/?pli=1. I can then feed this information into Claude or ChatGPT to learn more about my reviewers' sentiments.
