I'll go first.
This week: Whisper for transcription. Voice-to-text on a rambling 8-minute voice note. Pulled the key ideas, dropped them into Claude, had a usable draft in 4 minutes.
Not glamorous. No viral demo. Just saved me 40 minutes I would have spent staring at a blank page.
