I talk a lot about what AI can do. But here's a better question: what can't it do yet?
For me, it's the stuff that requires real human judgment. The nuance of a client's situation that you only pick up after years in the industry. AI can analyze data, write content, automate workflows. But it can't read the room when someone is hesitant about a major financial decision. It can't know when to push and when to wait.
That's the stuff I still do manually. And realistically, I think that's the stuff that will always need a human in the loop.
