Type /scout and a topic in Claude Code, Codex, or any agent that runs skills. It ranks the top 50 YouTube videos in that niche and writes a spreadsheet: views, engagement, views per subscriber, top comments, hooks, and the moments viewers replay.
On my first run it found an 8-second Short that pulled 83x its channel's subscribers. That's the kind of outlier you want to see before you film.
