A few days ago I cut my Claude Code setup down to what I use, and turned that process into these prompts. Paste one into Claude Code or Codex and it lists every skill, agent, plugin and MCP server you have, ranks them by how often you really use them, and gives you a checklist to pick what stays.

Nothing gets removed until you approve it, and everything is backed up first. The CLAUDE.md template is a lean version of mine and works as AGENTS.md in Codex too.
