How I used Claude to turn 209 company names
into a calling machine
What up doe, Legacy Builders!
I want to show you what “research with Claude”
really looks like.
I started with a boring list.
209 company names going to the Western
Roofing Expo. Just names on paper.
Like a bag of mixed up LEGOs dumped
on the floor.
Step 1: We sorted the LEGOs.
Claude put every company into 9 color buckets:
software, marketing, money companies, tool
makers, and more.
Then we marked each one like soup: Hot, Warm,
or Cool. 39 came out Hot.
Those are the ones most likely to say yes to me.
Step 2: We played detective.
Claude searched the internet and found the
doors to knock on: websites, phone numbers,
and emails for the Hot list, plus the people who
run the whole event. No more guessing where
anybody lives.
Step 3: We taped a key to every card.
Companies keep their ads in two glass cases,
one at Facebook and one at Google.
Claude could not open the cases for me, so it
taped a key to every company card.
One tap and the case opens, already searched.
Then I stamp Yes or No: are they running ads?
Step 4: We made a judge’s scorecard.
Every ad is a fishing lure.
The Hook is the flash.
The Offer is the bait.
The Call to Action is the reel.
Proof is why you trust the fisherman.
I grade each ad in 30 seconds with gold stars,
and I write down one idea worth borrowing.
Step 5: We built a jukebox.
Every company card has a button.
Press it and out comes a full 5 minute video
script with their name already in every line and
their 3 biggest leaks already found.
I just copy, smile, and hit record.
And here is the magic part: all of it lives in ONE
file. It plugs into my GoHighLevel like a game
cartridge, and it saves my progress like a video
game.
Every call, every star, every note.
The lesson for YOUR niche:
Claude did not just answer a question.
It built me a tool. List it. Sort it. Research it.
Score it. Script it.
That recipe works for real estate, salons,
trucking, any niche you serve.
Find the Leak. Fix the Plan. Build the Legacy.
