Purpose
The purpose of this lesson is to show you how to create a content branding social media package using AI.
This is not about making random Canva graphics.
This is about using your voice, your story, your replay content, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to build a simple content system that helps people understand who you are, what you do, and why they should trust you.
A strong content branding social media package should help you or your client:
1. Clarify the brand
2. Tell the right story
3. Create consistent content
4. Build trust
5. Generate leads and sales
The weak way is to sell “12 posts and 3 reels.”
The stronger way is to build a content branding system that includes:
Brand messaging
Visual identity
Content templates
Caption banks
Video prompts
A 30-day content calendar
Profile optimization
Lead-generation assets
The goal is simple:
Stop posting random content and start building a brand people understand, trust, and take action from.
Start Here: Your Voice Story Comes First
Before you ask AI to create content, you need to give AI something real to work with.
Your voice story is the foundation.
Your voice story explains:
Who you are
What you have experienced
What problem you solve
Why this work matters to you
Who you are called to help
What transformation you want people to experience
AI works better when it has context.
If you give AI a weak prompt, you get weak content.
If you give AI your story, your examples, your language, and your real experience, it can help you turn that into stronger brand messaging.
Voice Story Questions
Answer these first:
1. What problem have I personally experienced or seen often?
2. What lesson did I learn from that experience?
3. Who do I want to help now?
4. What do they struggle with?
5. What do I believe they need to understand?
6. What result do I help them create?
7. What do I want to be known for?
8. What words, phrases, or beliefs do I say often?
9. What is my “why” behind this work?
10. What action do I want people to take after hearing from me?
AI Prompt: Create Your Voice Story
Copy and paste this into ChatGPT or Claude:
Help me create my voice story for my brand. Ask me one question at a time about who I help, what problem I solve, what personal experience connects me to this work, what I believe, what transformation I create, and what I want people to do next. After I answer, turn my responses into a clear brand voice story I can use for social media content, video scripts, captions, and offers.
Use the Replay to Revenue Library
Before you create new content from scratch, go to the **Replay to Revenue Library** inside the classroom in Skool.
This is important.
Most people are sitting on content they already created.
Lives
Webinars
Q&A sessions
Guest interviews
Workshops
Trainings
Community conversations
Case studies
Client examples
Behind-the-scenes lessons
That content can become your branding package.
Do not keep creating from zero.
Use what you already taught, said, answered, explained, or demonstrated.
What to Pull From the Replay to Revenue Library
Go through a replay and look for:
Strong hooks
Questions people asked
Problems that came up
Stories you told
Frameworks you explained
Examples you gave
Client wins
Common objections
Strong phrases
Teaching moments
Calls to action
These become content assets.
One replay can turn into:
10 social media posts
5 reels
3 carousels
1 email
1 Skool post
1 lead magnet
1 webinar recap
1 case study
1 offer post
1 FAQ post
That is why it is called Replay to Revenue.
You are turning existing content into visibility, trust, and sales assets.
-------------------------------
Step 1: Give AI the Right Source Material
AI needs input before it can create strong output.
Gather:
Your voice story
One replay transcript or summary
Your offer details
Your audience description
Your brand phrases
Your current bio
Your website or sales page copy, if you have it
Testimonials or client wins
Your community or classroom content
Then paste that into ChatGPT or Claude.
AI Prompt: Analyze My Brand Source Material
Copy and paste this:
I am creating a content branding social media package. I want you to use my voice, story, offer, and replay content to help me build it. I am going to paste my source material below. Analyze it and pull out:
1. My core message
2. My target audience
3. The problem I solve
4. The transformation I create
5. My strongest phrases
6. My content pillars
7. My best stories
8. My best teaching points
9. My possible calls to action
10. What my audience needs to hear most
Here is my source material:
[Paste your voice story, replay notes, transcript, offer details, or Skool lesson here.]
Step 2: Create the Brand Positioning Statement
Your brand positioning statement tells people who you help and what result you create.
Use this formula:
I help [audience] solve [problem] so they can achieve [result] without [pain/frustration].
Example
I help entrepreneurs and app builders turn their voice, story, and replay content into branded social media assets so they can build trust, stay consistent, and generate leads without posting random content.
AI Prompt: Brand Positioning
Copy and paste this:
Based on the source material I provided, create 10 brand positioning statements using this formula:
I help [audience] solve [problem] so they can achieve [result] without [pain/frustration].
Make the statements clear, specific, and easy for a real person to understand. Avoid vague words like empowerment, transformation, and impact unless they are explained clearly.
Step 3: Build the Audience Profile
Do not create content for “everybody.”
That is how content gets weak.
You need to know who the package is speaking to.
Audience Profile Should Include
Who they are
What they are struggling with
What they want
What they are afraid of
What they have already tried
What they are tired of
What would make them take action
AI Prompt: Audience Profile
Copy and paste this:
Based on my brand story and source material, create a detailed audience profile for my ideal client. Include:
1. Who they are
2. What they are struggling with
3. What they want
4. What they fear
5. What they are tired of
6. What they have tried before
7. What objections they may have
8. What would make them trust me
9. What content they need to see before they buy
10. What call to action would move them to take the next step
Make it practical and specific.
Step 4: Create Content Pillars
Content pillars are the topics you repeat.
You do not need 20 topics.
You need 3 to 5 strong pillars that support your brand and offer.
Suggested Content Pillars
1. Voice and Story
Content that explains who you are, what you believe, and why this work matters.
2. Education
Content that teaches your audience how to solve part of the problem.
3. Proof
Content that shows testimonials, results, examples, case studies, or before-and-after moments.
4. Behind the Scenes
Content that shows your process, replays, community, AI tools, and how the work gets done.
5. Offer / Call to Action
Content that invites people to book, comment, join, watch, download, or buy.
AI Prompt: Content Pillars
Copy and paste this:
Based on my voice story, audience, offer, and replay content, create 5 content pillars for my brand. For each pillar, include:
1. Pillar name
2. Purpose of the pillar
3. What kind of posts belong under this pillar
4. 10 post ideas
5. 5 short video ideas
6. 3 calls to action
Make the pillars support trust, visibility, and sales.
Step 5: Create the Brand Voice Guide
Your content should sound like you.
Not like generic AI.
This is where most people mess up.
They ask AI to write content, but they do not train it on their voice.
Your brand voice guide helps AI keep the content consistent.
Brand Voice Guide Should Include
Tone
Common phrases
Words to use
Words to avoid
Sentence style
Level of directness
Type of examples
Beliefs and values
How you want people to feel
How you want people to act
AI Prompt: Brand Voice Guide
Copy and paste this:
Using my voice story and source material, create a brand voice guide for my content. Include:
1. My tone
2. My common phrases
3. Words I should use often
4. Words I should avoid
5. My sentence style
6. My beliefs and point of view
7. How my captions should sound
8. How my video scripts should sound
9. How my calls to action should sound
10. A short checklist I can use before publishing content
Make sure the voice sounds human, clear, and close to my natural language.
Step 6: Turn Replay Content Into Social Media Posts
Now use the Replay to Revenue method.
Take one replay, one lesson, one Q&A, or one training and turn it into multiple posts.
What to Ask AI to Create
From one replay, ask AI for:
10 short posts
5 long-form posts
5 reel scripts
3 carousel outlines
3 email ideas
5 Skool discussion prompts
3 lead magnet ideas
10 hooks
10 calls to action
AI Prompt: Replay to Revenue Content Repurposing
Copy and paste this:
I am going to paste notes or a transcript from one replay. Turn this into a content package.
Create:
1. 10 short social media posts
2. 5 longer educational posts
3. 5 short-form video scripts
4. 3 carousel outlines
5. 5 Skool community discussion prompts
6. 10 hooks
7. 10 calls to action
8. 3 lead magnet ideas
9. 3 offer post angles
10. 1 weekly content calendar using this replay
Keep the language clear, direct, and useful. Make sure the content leads people toward trust, engagement, and action.
Here is the replay content:
[Paste replay transcript, notes, or summary.]
Step 7: Create the Visual Branding Direction
Once the message is clear, create the visual direction.
Do not start here.
Pretty graphics cannot fix unclear messaging.
Your visual branding should support the message.
Visual Branding Kit Should Include
Logo usage
Colors
Fonts
Photo style
Graphic style
Template style
Do’s and don’ts
Examples of where to use each asset
AI Prompt: Visual Branding Direction
Copy and paste this:
Based on my brand voice, audience, offer, and content pillars, create a visual branding direction for my social media package. Include:
1. Suggested color palette direction
2. Font personality
3. Graphic style
4. Photo direction
5. Types of images to use
6. Types of images to avoid
7. Template categories I should create
8. How the visuals should make people feel
9. How the visuals should support my message
10. Canva template recommendations
Do not make it generic. Tie the visual direction to my audience and offer.
Step 8: Create Canva Template Categories
Now that you have the message and visual direction, create the templates.
You can create these in Canva.
Recommended Template Categories
Quote post
Teaching post
Carousel post
Testimonial post
Case study post
Event promo
Replay recap
Webinar promo
Live announcement
Behind-the-scenes post
Client win post

4. The text sections each template should include
5. When to use each template
6. A sample headline for each template
7. A sample CTA for each template
Make this easy enough for me or a client to use repeatedly.
Step 9: Create the Caption Bank
The caption bank gives you reusable content language.
This saves time and keeps the brand consistent.
Caption Bank Should Include
Short captions
Long captions
Story captions
Offer captions
Proof captions
Teaching captions
Community captions
Replay captions
CTA captions
AI Prompt: Caption Bank
Copy and paste this:

Include:
1. 10 short captions
2. 10 educational captions
3. 10 story-based captions
4. 10 proof captions
5. 10 offer captions
6. 10 community engagement captions
7. 10 replay promotion captions
8. 10 calls to action
Keep the captions clear, human, and easy to customize.
Step 10: Create Short-Form Video Prompts
Video helps people hear your voice and trust your personality.
You do not need complicated scripts.
You need simple talking points.
Simple Video Script Formula
Hook - Grab attention fast
Promise - Show the outcome
Old Way vs New Way - Name the struggle vs Introduce the shift
Step by Step Framework - Teach your way in 3 steps; Make it simple and actionable (Step 1 - Clarify the problem; Step 2 - Show the shift or solution; Step 3 - Give the next action)
Relatable Story - Make it human
Call to action- Direct the next move
Example
Hook: Your content is not the problem. Your content system is.
Promise: By the end of this lesson, you will know how to use AI to create a full content branding package from your voice, your story, and your replay content.
Old Way vs New Way: The old way is creating random posts every day and hoping something works. The new way is starting with your voice story and using your replay content as raw material.
Step by Step Framework
Step 1: Clarify the problem
Most people are not lacking content. They are lacking a system. They have replays, notes, ideas, and conversations, but they do not know how to organize them into content that builds trust and creates leads.
Step 2: Show the shift or solution
Go to the Replay to Revenue Library in the classroom. Choose one replay. Paste the transcript, notes, or summary into ChatGPT or Claude. Ask AI to pull out the hooks, stories, teaching points, content pillars, captions, video prompts, and calls to action.
Step 3: Give the next action
Turn that replay into: 5 posts, 3 reels, 1 carousel, 1 offer post, 1 Skool discussion prompt, 1 call to action,
Start with one replay.
Do not overthink it.
Relatable Story: Your replay is not old content. It is unused revenue.
CTA: Go to the Replay to Revenue Library in the classroom and choose one replay to repurpose today. Then post your proof inside the community.
AI Prompt: Video Prompts
Copy and paste this:
Create 20 short-form video prompts based on my voice story, offer, and content pillars.
For each video, include:
1. Hook
2. Talking points
3. Example or story angle
4. Call to action
5. Suggested caption
6. Suggested on-screen text
Keep each video simple enough to record in under 60 seconds.
Step 11: Build the 30-Day Content Calendar
Now organize the content into a plan.
This helps you stop guessing every day.
Simple Weekly Rhythm
Monday: Teach
Tuesday: Story
Wednesday: Proof
Thursday: Behind the scenes
Friday: Offer
Saturday: Engagement
Sunday: Replay, reflection, or invitation
AI Prompt: 30-Day Content Calendar
Copy and paste this:
Create a 30-day content calendar for my content branding social media package.
Use these content types:

Offer
Engagement
Replay or reflection
For each day, include:
1. Post topic
2. Content pillar
3. Caption idea
4. Suggested visual
5. Reel or post format
6. Call to action
Make sure the calendar builds trust and leads people toward my offer.
Step 12: Create Lead-Generation Assets
This is the part that turns content into business.
A branding package without lead generation is incomplete.
You need a next step.
Lead-Generation Assets Can Include
Lead magnet
DM script
Comment keyword
Booking call graphic
Follow-up message sequence
Simple funnel map
Landing page copy
Community invitation post
Simple Lead Flow
Post content
Ask people to comment a keyword

7. A community invitation
8. A simple funnel map
Make it simple, conversational, and easy to execute.
Step 13: Optimize the Social Media Profile
Your content sends people to your profile.
Your profile must be clear.
If people land on your page and feel confused, they leave.
Profile Should Answer
Who do you help?
What problem do you solve?
What result do you create?
What should they do next?
Optimize
Facebook bio
Instagram bio

What Not to Do
Do not sell only:
“12 posts and 3 reels.”
That is task work.
Instead, sell the result:
A branded content system that helps you use your voice, story, and existing content to build trust, stay visible, and turn attention into leads.
Action Step
Go to the Replay to Revenue Library in the classroom.
Choose one replay, lesson, live, or Q&A.
Then use ChatGPT or Claude to turn that replay into:
5 posts
3 reels
1 carousel
1 offer post
1 Skool discussion prompt
1 call to action
Start small.
Do not overthink it.
Use what you already have.
AI Prompt for Today
Copy and paste this into ChatGPT or Claude:
I want to create a content branding social media package using my voice, story, and replay content.
First, ask me questions to help me clarify my voice story.
Then help me create:
1. A brand positioning statement
2. My audience profile
3. My content pillars
4. My brand voice guide
5. A caption bank
6. 10 content ideas from one replay
7. 5 short-form video prompts
8. A 30-day content calendar
9. Lead-generation assets
10. A simple package outline I could sell or use for myself
Make everything clear, practical, and easy to execute.
Proof Post
After you complete this lesson, post this inside the community:
I am creating a content branding social media package for [audience].
My voice story is about [your story or reason this work matters].
The problem I help solve is [problem].
The result I help create is [result].
The replay or lesson I am repurposing first is [replay name/topic].
My next step is [action you will take next].
Final Reminder
Your content package should not start with graphics.
It should start with your voice.
Then your story.
Then your message.
Then your offer.
Then your visuals.
Then your lead-generation system.
AI can help you move faster, but it cannot replace your clarity.
The better the source material, the better the output.
Your replay is not old content.
Your replay is raw material.
Turn it into revenue.
