New Video (From Vibe Coded to Real Product) + FREE Checklist 🚀
In the video I said building an app with AI is easy now. One prompt and it's done. Getting it to work for real people is where everyone hits a wall. I've hit five of them with my own apps: the tweaking trap, security, an app that works for me but breaks for everyone else, data that can disappear (the AI deleted some of my real data once, the backup saved me), and maintenance. So I turned all five into rules your AI follows for you. You paste one file into Lovable, Claude Code, Codex or a Claude/ChatGPT project, and it stops offering features that aren't on your list, builds with security from the start, tests the app like a real user, protects your data and keeps checking after launch. What's inside: - The launch rules file to paste into your AI (fill in your 3 DONE items first) - The exact prompts from the video: the attacker review, real-user tests, backups, and the morning check - The checklist to tick before you launch - Where to paste it in Lovable, Claude Code, Codex and Claude/ChatGPT How to use it: download the zip, fill in what DONE means for your app, and paste the rules file into your AI. Five minutes. Then tell me below: which wall are you stuck at right now? 👇

Free template: stop re-explaining yourself to ChatGPT and Claude
In the video I said most people are stuck at level 1: a new chat every day, pasting the same context, fixing the same mistakes again. The jump to level 2 is one instructions file per job. You write the rules once, and every correction becomes one new line. My client updates used to come back full of emojis. I added one line, "No emojis, only a check mark", and it never happened again. It's the biggest jump for most people, and it takes about 10 minutes. What's inside: - The instructions file template I use (fill the brackets, done) - The real example from the video: my daily client update on WhatsApp - Two more filled examples (a weekly report, replies to customer emails) so you can see the shape for other jobs - How to set it up in ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects, or Claude Code / Codex - The "which level are you?" self-test How to use it: download the zip, pick ONE job you repeat every week, and fill the template for it. Then tell me below: which level are you on, and which job are you starting with? 👇

🥰Got a Great Idea but Need the Right Technical Partner?🥰
I've always believed that great opportunities often start with a simple conversation, not a job post or a formal meeting. I'm a Senior AI and Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience building SaaS platforms, AI agents, automation systems and web and mobile applications. I'd love to connect with founders, co-founders, CEOs, developers and anyone passionate about building something meaningful. Maybe you have an idea but need help bringing it to life. Maybe you're working on a product and facing technical challenges. Or maybe you're just exploring what's possible with AI and modern technology. I'm open to collaborating with founders and clients who need an experienced engineer, whether for a specific project or a long-term partnership. But not every conversation has to be about business. I genuinely enjoy exchanging ideas, learning from others and making meaningful connections. I'd love to hear about it! 🥰 Please send a DM, Telegram or Whatsapp. Telegram username: @calton_dev Whatsapp number : +81 80-1516-3195

The skill that edited my last video (free to download)
Editing one video used to take me 10 hours. So I built an AI agent with Claude Code that does it for me. Here's the full skill from the video, so you can use it on your own videos. What it does: • Writes the script with you in one file: every spoken line, and under it what's on screen • Gives you a simple teleprompter that reads the same file • Transcribes your take and keeps the last clean take of every line (just pause and say the sentence again when you mess up) • Builds the animations in Remotion, and checks them frame by frame • Writes the edit as a Python file and renders it with FFmpeg, so a change is a rerun, not a redo • Remembers every correction you give it, so the next video starts with all of it How to use it: unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ , open Claude Code and say "let's write the script for my next video about …". Watch how it works: https://youtu.be/969Zc3YodKg If you try it, post your video here. I want to see what you make with it 👇
