I let Claude Code run 1,000 inbox placement tests
Every deliverability theory I'd picked up over the years, I tested. Claude Code plus an inbox placement API, testing variations and combinations, on Google and Microsoft. Over a thousand tests later, I had a rule set and a Claude Code skill instead of a pile of opinions. The point is the method, not my rules. Your emails have your own edge cases: Loom links, GIFs, images, whatever you send. My rules are a starting point. Lots of placement tests (essentially unlimited on the paid plan) plus AI writing the variations is how you find yours. One result I still can't get over: a single change to how a link was written moved all 11 test emails from Promotions to Primary. The video shows what it was, plus the Microsoft habit most placement tests miss. Full video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ByrOheLnWUY&list=PL0Yyhj9Mcbg8zog1pSTOTVfmyHKbtRClF Go watch it, then tell me what you'd have Claude test first.

🚨 Your Funnel Is Losing Sales.
Most people have no idea there are two different reasons their funnel stops converting. One shows up in your analytics. The other is completely invisible unless you're watching it happen in real time. Microsoft Clarity catches the invisible stuff. Rage clicks (same spot hit 5+ times in frustration). Dead clicks on text and images people mistake for buttons. Scroll depth showing 70% of visitors never reach your CTA. PostHog tells you IF a change improves your numbers. Clarity tells you WHY people are leaving. You need both working together. And if you moved off GoHighLevel, here's what nobody warns you about. GHL literally can't split traffic to different URLs. That means your split test structure has to be rebuilt from scratch on custom pages. Most people skip this and run tests on broken data for months without knowing it. There's a sequence to get right. Tracking setup, friction diagnosis, conversion definition, split test architecture. Miss one step and your numbers lie to you the entire time. I put together the Heatmap Conversion Optimization System to walk through all of it. Heatmap setup, friction diagnostics, custom page split test structure. Start to finish. Drop "Heatmap" in the comments and I'll DM it to you.

I am so excited to share my passions for AI automation with you. I created this community for actual business owners that want to start implementing AI into their businesses to scale faster, with less staff. This community will NOT be free for long. I will be adding my automations piece-by-piece. These are the SAME automations I use in my Inc 5000 agency that enable us to scale to $700K/mo with few staff. Now some next steps... 1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF in the comments on this post. 2. ASK FOR HELP if you need it by posting in the 'Automation Help' category. Include loom videos. My team and the community will try to help. BEFORE asking for help, search for your issue in the search bar. 3. GIVE VALUE. Help others if they ask. Share your own automation templates and walkthroughs. 4. BLUEPRINTS are available inside the Classroom and separated by use case (Sales, content, etc). You may need to pay to unlock certain modules. 5. WAITING is available for our AI Automation Insider Ultra program. Details coming soon. Welcome to the AI Automation Insiders!

Workflow or agent: where do you draw the line for clients?
When a client asks for an AI agent, how often does it end up being a plain workflow with one model step in the middle? I lean workflow by default and only hand control to an agent where the path really can't be predicted, like a live phone call. Everything around it stays boring and testable. Where do you draw that line, and has a client ever pushed back on it?
the handover step that decides whether clients actually use the automation
rishabh here, i run a small AI automation agency. my most common failure used to be delivery going perfectly and the client still going quiet on the tool a month later. what changed it: before handover i run the client through one real week of their own workload inside the system, not a demo. they touch it with their actual leads and their actual mess, and whatever they fumble at gets simplified before launch day. adoption went from 'we'll try it' to just being part of their week. what's your handover ritual that makes the tool stick?
