Here’s the message loud and clear: AI security isn’t optional—it’s mission critical.
This isn’t just an IT conversation. Look at how tools like Microsoft Defender, Intune, Purview, and Sentinel are woven together—it’s a whole ecosystem designed to protect data, people, and organizations.
And for HR leaders + executives like us, the lesson is simple:
⚡ Every people decision—hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance—is now a data decision.
⚡ If AI is part of your workflow, security and governance must be part of your strategy.
