Real talk with my future business owners real quick 👇🏽 There are two lies that will keep you stuck at the starting line forever: 1️⃣ “I’ll start when I feel motivated.” 2️⃣ “I’ll start when it’s perfect.” Let me tell you something… If I would’ve kept waiting for motivation… I’d still be waiting. If I would’ve waited until everything was right, clean, and flawless… nothing would exist. Motivation doesn’t come before action. Motivation comes because you took action. And perfection? That’s just fear in a cute outfit. What actually worked for me was this: - Starting tired - Starting unsure - Starting with half the answers - Starting messy as hell And then adjusting as I went. Learning in public. Building while becoming. So if you’re in this community in 2026 with an idea, a vision, a calling that won’t leave you alone, this is your sign. 👉🏽 Don’t wait to feel ready. 👉🏽 Don’t wait to get it right. Just start. Messy. Your job right now is to be faithful in the waiting. Still show up. Still plant. Still pray. Still build. So what do we do in the waiting? - Keep your heart pure. Don’t let bitterness or envy creep in. - Sharpen your tools. Read. Learn. Practice. - Celebrate others genuinely. Their win isn’t your loss. - Rest. You’re not lazy for slowing down, you’re wise for not rushing God.
