THE IDEA

Turn that empty room into a decompression therapy suite. One table, one assistant, cash-pay sessions at $100/pop. No insurance headaches. 20 patients a week = $8K/month in new revenue from a room that was costing money. The assistant runs the sessions — Ryan doesn't even need to be in the room. Scalable model that any chiropractor with unused space can replicate.
