THE PROBLEM
Healthcare practitioners β midwives, doulas, private practice doctors, functional medicine coaches β are buried in manual admin work. Scheduling is a mess. Follow-up falls through the cracks. Marketing doesn't happen because there's no time. These are highly skilled people spending hours on tasks that should take minutes. @EmilyEncinosa was running her entire midwifery practice manually and almost bought a second computer just to manage the chaos.
THE IDEA
Build a custom OpenClaw automation system for healthcare practitioners that connects their scheduling software (Acuity, Jane, etc.), email, marketing, and Claude into one system. Intake forms auto-process. Post-call plans auto-generate. Appointment reminders fire automatically. The practitioner shows up to serve clients β everything else runs without them. Emily built her own version in two weeks and ran simulations. Everything worked.
THE BUSINESS ANGLE
Two pricing tiers: ~$4,000 for basic setup (one-time) and ~$10,000 for comprehensive setup with monthly updates. Target market is healthcare practitioners who are already paying for 3-5 disconnected tools that don't talk to each other. This replaces all of it and saves them 10+ hours a week. Midwives, doulas, functional medicine coaches, and private practice doctors are the beachhead β they're all overwhelmed, they're all solo or small practices, and they all have money.
THE PROCESS (via @EmilyEncinosa)
- Run a pre-call intake form with the prospect β identify all their current tools, pain points, and time drains
- Do a 2-4 hour setup session to build and connect their OpenClaw system
- Connect their scheduling platform, email, marketing tools, and Claude into one workflow
- Run simulations to make sure everything fires correctly
- Hand off with step-by-step documentation so they can manage it themselves
- Offer monthly update package for ongoing optimization
