I’m not saying tr3n doesn’t work or it should never be used. I’m saying there is a better and “safer” way to manage an off season.
Here’s the truth – The off season is about eating more, training hard, better recovery and letting connective tissue, CNS, and hormones recover and settle. If you are willing to focus on the fundamentals, exploring different compounds and working your fucking ass off, you can pack on some size without experiencing the side effects that come with the use of tr3n.
