Slide 1 (Hook): Everyone thinks weed is what helps them deal with stress, anxiety, or overthinking. Here’s what hit harder without making me lazy or slow..
Slide 2: EVERY thing I did - waking up, walks in nature, eating, watching documentaries, I felt like i couldn’t enjoy any of these without being high/smoking.
Slide 3: So I started sitting with myself for 20-30 minutes in silence every morning. Just noticing my breath, and allowing thoughts to pass by like a cloud without identifying with them or reacting to them.
Slide 4: At first my mind was chaos. Racing thoughts. Urges. Anxiety. Doubt. But I kept coming back to my breath, drawing my attention to random parts of my body.
Slide 5: As I stayed consistent with this everyday for a week, that needy feeling, like I needed weed to feel complete, just disappeared. I didn’t need weed to feel okay or enjoy my day anymore. Life felt clear, calm, and genuinely exciting again.
Slide 6: You don't need weed to handle your anxiety or enjoy tf out of life to its fullest. You just need to sit the fuck down and breathe. The clarity, the presence, the ability to actually enjoy shit, it all comes back naturally.
