Emotion to evoke: relief/ validation
Hook: I almost didn’t show up because anxiety.
Slide 2: Stared at my phone for 20 minutes.
Overthought every possible outcome.
Slide 3: My brain said: “What if you’re awkward?” “What if no one cares?” “What if you fail?”
Slide 4: And then I realized something. Anxiety has predicted 100 disasters for me. Not one of them actually happened.
Slide 5:
And guess what? Nothing catastrophic happened.
Just growth.
Slide 6:
Anxiety is loud. But it’s not in charge. And neither is yours.
