It's a mid-level workflow for day-to-day invoice ops
Showed it to my cousin (manages invoices all day) and they were impressed...

Pulls new docs from Drive/Gmail/CRM into an โunprocessedโ lane โ checks file access + basic dupe guard โ OCR if needed โ categorizes โ extracts key fields with an LLM โ writes to specific tabs/columns in Google Sheets โ moves the source file to a โprocessedโ archive โ sends a short Slack/Email summary with what changed
