Hey guys, quick honest question for the community
How are you generating outbound leads without spending money?
I’m not talking about referrals or word of mouth. That works for a while, but you can’t depend on it forever.
For those of you actually winning here:
What’s your no. 1 channel right now?
DMs?
Cold emails?
Cold calls?
Something else?
Let me be real.
I’ve got 5–6 active clients right now, so I’m deep in delivery mode. And whenever I start building or improving a product, I go all in, which means… zero time for outbound.
I’m even considering hiring someone just to handle outreach.
