A polished weekly report can still be wrong when one source failed overnight.
Hermes Agent can gather approved files on a schedule and prepare a weekly client report. The job is incomplete until the source list, run time, missing inputs, and owner are visible.
I would hand over the report with a run receipt: sources checked, sources missing, last successful run, and the person notified about exceptions.
I would put the review owner and monthly support boundary in the handoff.
Restart it after collection but before delivery. It should not send a partial report as if nothing happened.
What missing source would make a report unsafe to send?
