A former 11-year Chief Operating Officer that grew, scaled, and sold a $4.5M family owned company in senior home health care, and launched 10+ startups throughout my entrepreneurial life. My work now is helping scale SMBs into AI-First Enterprises so business owners are no longer trapped in operations but free to lead, scale, and live. I started this group because I kept seeing business owners who have built legacy businesses get buried in operations when AI could be their leverage that helps them grow and become exit ready.
